It's nice to live in Mindanao, especially in Cotabato City. Why, you may ask? Well, because you are "untouchable" when you go to other places because they are afraid you might behead them or throw grenades at them. I hear stories like that.
Last night, we heard a loud bang and felt our house shook. We thought a tree fell on our roof so we went out to check on it. Only then did we realize that there was a bomb explosion nearby. We turned on the radio and heard that an IED was thrown at a garbage receptacle and that two people were dead. They cannot identify the two unfortunate people because they were charred like a coal. The authorities suspected that it should have only been a bomb scare. This is sad, degrading, and sooooo Cotabato City.
