Hello all! I might be leaving for Davao City this week because I have to file for the licensure examination on April. Wish me luck and pray for my brain to handle all the data that I will be needing because it will be a make or break thing for me. I said might because the travel is not that sure for I don't have money to spend. Hahaha.

I worked out again yesterday, yehey! And I'm still struggling with my food intake. I'm trying the banana diet and to tell you frankly, I can't stand the taste of bananas. I don't know why. I almost gagged yesterday when I took a bite. I am not really fond of fruits (with the exception of mangosteen and durian) and I know that's bad for me. Well at least I eat veggies and I love veggies.

I woke up early this morning because someone kissed me on the lips, it was Aloy. Then he said, "Good morning mama, lutuin mo na yung pancake." And when you get a morning greeting like that, you can't refuse to cook pancakes.

I was once again absent from work last Friday so when I went to school this morning, my principal greeted me and asked for a private conversation in his office. I was anticipating that he'd scold me for not showing up three times last week so I was nervous on my way there. However, my principal didn't scold me (much to my relief), he just asked me how's the nanny hunt and if I'm already okay to conduct classes this week. See, I have a very good and understanding boss. He also told me to take the board exams on April because he has "plans" for me and I am flattered. I think I will be stuck in teaching for at least a year more. But I really want to broaden my horizons and move out of the country. I will keep my options open, I think.

Anyway, I'm not holding a grudge even if I really want to. Maybe I'm too forgiving that's why some people abuse me. But the hell I care. When I retaliate, I retaliate hard.

Back in Iligan, my roommates and I were talking about what we want to be in the future and I always say that I want to be a mother. Not just a mother; but a plain housewife. I don't know why I really like to stay at home but I guess I want to serve my family 24/7.  Now that's not going to happen because I have to work as a single parent. Haha.
